This week our paddlers did a capsize drill. This is when we deliberately tip over our boat so that the helms can practice what to do in the highly unlikely event that it ever happens for real. The boat is very stable and its quite difficult to get it to go over. If you’d like to see the video, head on over to our Instagram account.

Everything went as planned and the boat was bailed out after being pulled back to the shore. All in all it was a sucessful capsize drill!
