Autumn is well and truly underway with a chill in the air and the leaves turning on the trees. This means for adding a few more layers when paddling, and some lovely views of our lake.

This weekend we spent a good hour with our coach working to improve paddling technique. We had the treat of Wally the dog joining us and keeping a lookout. He was a very popular addition to our team!

We also hosted the Team GB Dragon Boat Breast Cancer Paddlers training squad. They will be meeting around the country for their training sessions over the next few months aiming to compete internationally in 2026. We wish them all the very best of luck!
